It came to my attention after writing the last blog, maybe more people would like watching history unfold. I am going to try to take you on the trek of the latest well pad being put in. It started around January 20th with a trackhoe, a mulch truck and some environmental socks being put in. A small group of energetic people installed these socks where it was already surveyed with flags. These socks filled with mulch will help keep any sediment from getting off the site through erosion. They have continued with a dozer in order to clear the hill top for what will become a flat area to install the well pad.
